Renee Munson

Raised in Virginia Beach in a Navy family, Renee Munson understands the meaning of service, relocation, and community. Her father served 20 years in the U.S. Navy before retiring locally. Having also lived in Hawaii and California, Renee knows firsthand the challenges that come with frequent moves. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, having spent half of her life in Northern Spain, and proudly serves both military and civilian clients throughout Hampton Roads.

Renee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and built a successful decade-long career as a portrait photographer and business owner. Her background refined her eye for detail, strategic marketing, and client experience — strengths she now brings into real estate. With prior transaction experience before relocating to England, she has returned to Virginia Beach focused on delivering a seamless, confident experience for both buyers and sellers.
