Ashley Paternostro

My background has given me the tools to thrive in an industry that’s always evolving. I earned my degree in Business Management from George Mason University and got my real estate license in Florida in 2009, where I began my career working alongside Toni Everett—South Tampa’s top-producing broker in high-end real estate. During my time there, I had the opportunity to assist in over $20 million in residential home sales.

As a Virginia native, I eventually made my way back closer to home, relocating to the DC area and settling in Annapolis, Maryland in 2019. That’s where I began my journey with Engel & Völkers. I initially served as the Director of Business Development and Marketing for Grace Ryan Real Estate and continued working with broker Rick Foster after he acquired Engel & Völkers Annapolis, transitioning into a full-time sales agent role.

Now, I’m back in my hometown of Virginia Beach, serving the VB area and using my experience to provide top-tier service and support to clients throughout the home buying and selling process.

Outside of work, my husband and I love spending time at the beach and by the pool with our two kids and our dog, Penelope. We also enjoy exploring new restaurants and catching live music whenever we can.
