A little about me...

Hello, my name is Cathy Asercion and I am a realtor at the Bryant Group. Once I graduating from JMU with a teaching degree in 1986, I moved to Virginia Beach. I love living here and enjoy helping people with their real estate needs in our awesome tidewater area. I have raised three amazing children, have taught in Virginia Beach public schools , Have staged homes and flipped 16 homes. I recently remarried to an amazing man who is also a realtor and we work as a team selling and finding homes for our clients. I enjoy helping to educate those through the real estate process. It is important to me that they know how real estate works so they can trust and feel confident in me as a strong realtor which helps the whole process run smoothly. In my free time, I enjoy my six grandchildren, gardening, healthy cooking, and of course, going to the beach.
