Paula Riddick is a REALTOR® with The Bryant Group Real Estate Professionals, proudly serving clients throughout the Hampton Roads area and beyond. With over 30 years of experience in the lending industry, Paula brings a wealth of financial knowledge and customer-service expertise to every real estate transaction.

Her career has included roles in management, marketing, underwriting, sales, and client servicing, with experience in both local finance companies and national corporations such as CitiFinancial (a subsidiary of CitiGroup) and The Associates/TranSouth Financial Corporation (a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company).

Paula has marketed and built client relationships across multiple states, including Virginia, California, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She has earned numerous awards for excellence in lending and sales — including the memorable “Top Dog Award” for outstanding product sales company-wide.

Now, as a full-time real estate professional, Paula applies her deep understanding of finance, marketing, and relationship building to help clients achieve their homeownership goals. Her lifelong passion for helping people shines through in her dedication to guiding buyers and sellers with integrity, care, and results.
