Matthew Littlefield

My name is Matt Littlefield and Hampton Roads has been my home for the past twenty five years. I was first brought to this incredible community when I served in the U.S. Navy during the events of 9/11, and what began as a duty station quickly became the place where I chose to put down roots and raise my family. Today, I’m honored to serve the area as a dedicated and trusted real estate professional.

Before real estate, I built a career grounded in precision, integrity, and problem-solving. I served as an Avionics Technician on the F-14 Tomcat and later worked as a nuclear reactor services electrician. These experiences shaped my strong attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to stay calm and focused during complex situations—skills that translate directly into protecting my clients’ best interests.

Using my GI Bill, I earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a specialization in marketing and went on to become one of the top-producing sales representatives for a local Virginia Beach company. This background gives me a deep understanding of pricing, negotiation, marketing strategies, and the ever-changing real estate market—tools I use every day to help my clients succeed.

I proudly serve the Hampton Roads community as a member of The Bryant Group and our experienced support staff.  Together, we handle every detail of the real estate process to ensure smooth, efficient, and successful transactions.
